Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund when:

• You return an eligible item that meets the conditions in our Return Policy;
• An item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect;
• We are unable to fulfil or deliver your order;
• You cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

Refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe. We process approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting a return (or of approving a claim). Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post the funds.

Refund amounts are in USD. For non-faulty returns, the original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable; the price of the goods is refunded in full.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch — email support@davidloweph.shop as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.

Opened utility / craft knives and replacement-blade packs are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons, except where faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
