Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Utility Log subscriptions. All billing is in USD for online-only digital software.
01Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support. When you cancel, your plan does not renew again. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the current paid month.
02Refunds on subscriptions
- —The current month's fee is generally non-refundable once the period has started, because access is provided immediately.
- —If you cancel right after an accidental or duplicate charge, contact us and we will review a refund of the latest payment.
- —We do not charge cancellation fees.
03Used credits
Credits already used to generate outputs are not refundable. Unused credits at the end of a billing month expire and are not paid out or carried over.
04Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email support@davidloweph.shop with the date and amount. We will investigate and, where a charge was made in error, issue a refund to the original payment method.
05Statutory rights
Because this is digital content supplied immediately, statutory cancellation rights may be limited once generation has begun. This policy does not remove any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
06How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, in USD, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
